Windows 10: how to reset system folder (windows) permission ?

hello everyone

new user here, joining because i starting to use windows10 since like 2days ago
eventthough it similar to win7 there lots things to get used to

so i browsing my windows/system folder, and then i get notification that "you dont currently have permission to access this folder"
click continue to permanently get access to this folder
so i click continue ... it give me full permission now

but now i wonder how to revert/reset this back to default state (back to where i get notification)
reseting folder setting to default wont fix this ....

anyone know how to reset this please help

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

• Click "Search" and type File explorer options,Select it from the options
  
• Click on Restore defaults.
• Click Apply and OK.

i just finish clean install my windows...

i tried reseting folder setting to default (in explorer) but not revert this to default state ....

it seems i have to make changes in security policy? well i am afraid making more issue than now

so if anyone know how to reset this please help
