Windows 10: How to reset the Windows Registry...

I have a problem...I'm on Windows 10 and I edited the registry to hide my admin account. But, after I did that if I tried to install software that requires admin rights, it would not let me type admin password and click "Yes". I tried resetting Windows and deleting my files, but it still didn't work.I'm on a Toshiba Satellite C50 laptop - it came with Windows Vista. and its amazing it can run 10If this helps: I had it on Windows 8.1 until a month ago, when I tried upgrading to 10, because 8.1 is going to quit receiving updates soon. Plus, when I try to reinstall 8.1 or 10, I get a error co
