Windows 10: How to reset Tobii dynavox I-110?

My Tobii dynavox keeps looping at the Blue screen of death. How do I reset it if it keeps going to the blue screen of death on startup?

A major step in eye tracking evolution
The IS-2 Eye Tracker is a complete eye-tracking system that makes it possible to easily add eye-tracking capabilities to a wide variety of products.

In addition, the Tobii IS-2 price point has been lowered, size has been reduced by 75 percent and it uses 40 less power. The entire OEM component is integrated on a single board with system-independent processing, which allows for a very small physical footprint and seamless integration into various products.

windows 10 developers edition and Bluetooth problem

The computer has all of the updates

The machine is a tobii Dynavox I15+



So far i have been unable to get an updated driver from Tobii or even if there is one.

I have been able to pair any of the cell phones in our house as well as a set of bluetooth headphones without incident.

the odd thing is that even while I have a Bluetooth device paired with the Tobii I can run the troubleshooter and it will tell me that my that my device has no Bluetooth capabilites

 

Problem during Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro version 1511 10586 - Remove App Tobii

Hi Deepika,

I am only using Microsoft Essentials, no other third party anti-virus software.

I have run disk clean up as suggested and run a clean boot. I still receive the exact same error message as shown in the image I posted earlier.

I have search my computer and there are no files called tobii anywhere on the computer. I have tried to uninstall any programs called tobii and none exist. I have even downloaded uninstaller software and they detected no programs called tobii.

If the Windows update fails because of a program that it tells you must be uninstalled, it should it least point to the location of the program or give you some other means of determining the issue.

I have also run Microsoft Security Scanner as suggested by Sachin, but it did not detect and infected files.

Any other suggestions?
