Windows 10: How to reset your computer when prompted for BitLocker recovery

Hi!I did the most recent update for my hp, and now I'm being prompted to put in my BitLocker recovery key. Problem is, I don't have a recovery key. I have been trying to reset my computer by troubleshooting it, but every option I select won't work. Anyone know how I can reset my computer?Thanks!

BitLocker is turning computer on and prompting for recovery key daily

When the computer is turned on, it will prompt for a 8-256 character password to unlock the drive. In some cases, if the password is typed incorrectly too many times, BitLocker will prompt for the recovery key.

In this case, the computer is turned on and is already at the recovery key step.

We have checked the overnight cameras and nobody is attempting to use this user's device.
