Windows 10: How to resize the News and Interest Window?

My PC has been off line for about 10 days & I just installed a new motherboard. Now I'm online & Windows 10 just gave me 3 new updates.The News and Interest Window used to be 2 columns wide & now it's 3 columns & takes up about half the screen.How can I resize it? I saw other people had asked the same question over the past few years but never received a working answer.Can I go into the registry & change some data?Thanks for any suggestions.

There may be several reasons why you are unable to resize or move applications after installing an update. To better assist you with your concern, we would like you to answer the questions below:

• Does it happen only on one application?
• Which application are you having issues resizing or moving?

In the meantime, we suggest you to run the Windows 10 troubleshooter. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel
• Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest you to use the Photo Gallery and check if you are able to resize the photos.

Please follow the below steps.

  Open Photo Gallery
  
• 
  Navigate to the folder where the photos are.
  
• 
  Select the photos
  
• 
  Select the 'Edit' tab
  
• 
  Select Resize
