Windows 10: How to resolve corrupted MP4 video file containing error 0xc00d36c4 while using Windows 10...

I was screen recording a live Zoom chemistry lab activity using windows game bar then my Windows 10 Home based operating system computer suddenly restarted and every time I try to access the interrupted Zoom recording it states "This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt."

Hi so using the windows video app and windows media player to watch some mp4 videos results in the error code 0xc00d36c4 (0xc00d36c4) (which comes from the video app). What does this mean and how do I fix it?
