Windows 10: How to resolve D:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt for factory reset

Every time I try to reset my PC it fails due to a D:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txtI've tried troubleshoot and start up repair but they fail and I still can't factory reset my PC

Windows 8.1 loading slow usually occurs when there are too

much junk files in the system or lack of hard disk space.

To get more - Disk space windows advice the usage of "Disk Cleanup"

As first step and also. Disable or delete unnecessary programs.

Restart the Pc after to check, how fast boots up now

How do I verify my operating system

on the desktop Screen >> Right-click > This computer and

choose > Properties : From the menu. The resulting

screen shows the Windows version

I tried an updated and theb this happened I tried the Chkdsk thing and nothing works it still keeps telling me "D:\recovery\WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\Srt.txt"

Please help
