Windows 10: How to resolve Error 0x09147342

Error 0x09147342. Error: problem to load component. Shutdown in progressSometimes when I start my pc after a few minutes of it being on an alert pop-up appears on the screen. It says “Error 0x09147342. Error: problem to load component. Shutdown in progress”. And then after I click close a windows pop-up appears telling me that the pc is going to shutdown in three minutes. I searched all over the internet and the windows page but I can’t find a solution what should I do?
