Windows 10: How to resolve error 0x800f0214 in Windows 11

Hello. I have a problem: With an application that moves programs and files from my old PC to the new one, I did the process and several things were migrated, others were not. Among those that were migrated, some drivers were installed for my Samsung m2070w printer, but apparently the process was not complete, and now it appears in Installed Applications of my new Windows 11, but it is not within the Start programs, and I cannot uninstall or reinstall it. It gives me the following error: I tried other programs and it was possible to uninstall everything except the main printer driver. I also

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

It could be the driver is not installed properly or has got corrupted. We would like to ask for additional information. Please provide the following:

• Which build of Windows 10 are you using? To know about it, hit
  Start, type Winver and then press
  Enter. You could also press Windows Key + R, type
  Winver into the
  Run dialog and press Enter.
• Aside from installing the printer device, were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
• Can you tell us what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Furthermore, we suggest that you try to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver and see if the issue persists. We highly suggest to check the website of the manufacturer of the said printer to know the compatible driver for your current
Windows 10 build.

As you are facing issues with installing the updates, do let us know the following to assist you better:

• Were you able to see any error notification along with the error code?
• What is the make and model of your device?
• Are you able to boot in to the desktop?

This issue might be due to the anti-virus software or corrupted Windows Update Components.

I suggest you to hard reboot the computer and perform the below.

Step 1: Try to eject all the external devices connected to your computer except mouse and keyboard, reboot the computer and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to uninstall the anti-virus software installed on your device and check for the updates.

If the issue still persists,

Step 3: I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check.

Resolves problems that prevents you from updating windows.

• Press Windows key and type
