Windows 10: How to resolve "Error 2894.Info 2894.Loading RICHED20.DLL failed. GetLastError returned: 5"?

error 2894Hi,I have the same error 2894 while installing a commercial TurboTax.I have run DISM and SFC commands but SFC gave a message:Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.There was a link to CBS.log file which is very large and I do not know what to look for. How to resolve "Error 2894.Info 2894.Loading RICHED20.DLL failed. GetLastError() returned: 5"?

I am trying to update the program NVivo version 12.0.0.71 Edition Pro to the latest version, 12.6.1. The update has been downloaded and is ready to be installed. However, upon clicking "Install Now" I get the message "Error 2894.Info 2894.Loading RICHED20.DLL failed. GetLastError() returned: 5"

The reason I am trying to install the update is NVivo stopped functioning for me this morning (05.01.23)l, by crashing down when I executed tasks I had been working with without an issue at the end of December. I re-installed the program and it kept crashing down and so I am now trying to update it to see if this fixes the issue. Please, could you help?

The computing device I am working with is as below:

I've had the same problem as Gabriel (Error code 2894.Info 2894.RICHED20.DLL) but when attempting to install Retrospect 19.

I've followed your and Manson's advice and enclose a link to the resulting DISM and CBS logs:

Also, I thought I might try to replace the RICHED20.DLL with one from another PC (as suggested) but found multiple copies. How might I approach this?
