Windows 10: How to resolve Install error - 0x80070103

I have tried multiple times to install this update and it continues to fail. I've also followed the detailed instructions given to scan and repair the system to resolve this issue but it persists. I would like to know how to cancel this update as it is only for the Dolby sound system and not critical.Thanks.

Hopefully, Microsoft will resolve this issue soon. I don't know why this happened all of a sudden.
