Windows 10: How to resolve OOBE errors during windows 11 installation?

I had to reset my entire PC using the alternitave option to the cloud reset forgot what it was called. I selected to wipe all my personnal / non windows 11 files didn't come with download and then of course to re-install windows 11. I waited through the restart process and then was ready to set up my PC. That's when, upon loading, I got the OOBE errors; ooberegion, oobekeyboard, oobelanguage ect. I followed guides such as just skipping it, selecting try again and resetting my PC. Nothing worked, the only presented option I am yet to do is turn off my houses router and cease all internet. U

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
