Windows 10: How to resolve PhotoService.exe - Bad Image 0xc0000020 Error Windows 10

Earlier this week, I noticed that whenever I try to open an image with the built-in Microsoft Photo Viewer I would receive a pop up error window. The entirety of its message is, “PhotoService.exe - Bad Image: C:/Program Files/WindowsApps/Microsoft.Windows.Photos_2023.111106.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe/PhotoSeviceSdk.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020”. So far I have tried utilizing every known method

AcroRd32.exe - Bad Image

I recently purchased a new PC with Windows 10. All went well untill last week.

I'm getting the following message everytime I open a PDF file

or try to save a PDF file

and when I try to attach a PDF file to an email message, Outlook stops

We've already tried: wiped the PC and reloaded everything again and it did not resolve the error.

Recently ive been having some programs stop working.

IE: Battle.net.exe - Bad Image

I have attempted to revert to a previous save, it failed. I attempted to reset to factory settings, it failed. Usually stopping before 40%, then stopping and not deleting or reinstalling anything. It will no longer install Windows updates.

I am running Windows 10 online upgrade.

How do i fix this?
