    How to resolve the error 0x800f0954 when installing .NET Framework


    Whenever I try to install .NET Framework 3.5, I get the error: 0x800f0954. I have tried to even reset the registry value for UseWUServer but it didn't work. Had tried to update my Windows 10 to the current version which is 22H2 but it didn't accept the installation of the .NET framework.

    When I install .Net Framework 3.5, it is failed with "error code 0x800f0954".

    Framework 3.5 full offline package won't install

    The full version is in the ISO, which you've just tried as per John's suggestions.

    Please upload your DISM and CBS logs (both zipped) to OneDrive/Dropbox/WeTransfer. etc., and share the link here.

    • CBS logs: c:\windows\logs\cbs\*.*
    • DISM log: c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log
