Windows 10: How to resolve the Loop of Windows Blue screen error , code - 0xc000021a in a Windows Tablet?

Hi there,I have a Windows Tablet, HP Stream 7It came with Windows 8.1 Installed, and after Some months, I have upgraded it to windows 10, And it work perfectly several months, but few days ago it became very slow, so I Decided to Downgrade the OS to Windows 8.1 again, So I did and Everything installed perfectly, but suddenly when it restarted , a loop of Blue screen error, 0xc000021a occured, and after few loops, a page came with recovery, and asking to press Windows key to boot from other OS, but its a Tablet and cant do anything there, because the touch is not working there, Is there any sol

0xc000021a Blue Screen Loop

After defragmenting my laptop's hdd, (i was defragmenting the hard drive in windows pe) when i restarted, it was in a blue screen loop the error code is 0xc000021a as mentioned earlier. I tried system restore, but it was failing to restore it. It was saying that i try chkdsk c: /r but no luck... Is there anyway to fix this rather than re-installing Windows? Thank you for your suggestions.

• What is the exact error message or error code you are getting?
