Windows 10: How to resolve " we didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again" in...

I tried all the ways given in other forums i even reset my pc and i still cannot connect to my device.

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

 

I can`t add a bluetooth device

DVD burner now showing in windows or device manager

Will have another look , hopefully it’s listed, but as I said I didn’t see a device list in the bios....
