Windows 10: How to restart ?

I am changing display resolution and refreshing rate and the my display turn on in blue and show me invalid format . When i am restarting computer thru pc then again show me invalid format, i can not do any thing thrue my keeboard and mouce .Now what should i do so that my pc get beck to normal and i am using my computer plase tell me any way to fix this problem
