Windows 10: How to restore deleted user account?

One of my family members deleted an important account on my PC while messing around. Fortunately, they decided to keep all the files. I am wondering how can I restore the profile to the login screen with all of the contents intact.

GAH! accidently deleted a user account

how do i get back a deleted user account on xp32?

i need the data at the least but the whole thing would be great.

ive tried system restore and thats not working at all.

Deleting User Accounts

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

Hi,

It's possible that your main account is disabled (not deleted), follow these steps to activate your main account:

• Press the Windows logo key + X and then select "Command Prompt (Admin)",
• Type the following command, replace "mufaa" with the name of your main account:
  net user mufaa /active:yes.
