Windows 10: How to restore files saved to cloud during Windows 10 Home reset

I am currently running:Edition Windows 10 Home Version 21H2 Installed on ‎11/‎5/‎2022 OS build 19044.1415 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0 On 11/4/22 I allowed Windows to do an upgrade, after which the PC would not advance past the log in screen. I did an OS reset after saving my files through bitlocker. I received confirmation that my files were successfully uploaded and received a bitlocker number. I was able to reset the OS and my PC appears to be functioning normally. However, my files did not get reinstalled. This is the first time I have attempted resettin

Did you want to perform a reset save file or reset remove files?

If yes then if they fail you can perform nearly equivalent steps.


Indicate clearly:
a) what are the problems
b) what you consider a fix

For the nearly equivalent steps files can be saved and a fresh copy of Windows is installed.
Drivers and applications need to be reinstalled.

Indicate whether these are issues:
Partition problems
MBR vs GPT
BIOS: Legacy vs UEFI

Where are Windows TEN "restore files" saved/stored on Windows 10


Is there an info file showing steps 1,2,3,4,etc what is suggested to be done, saved, and or backed-up right after a new Upgrade to Win 10 has been done.
