    How to restore Minecraft worlds from backup?


    I recently reinstalled Windows onto a new drive, and I used Windows 7 Backup and Restore to recover my files. Most of the files I backed up have been restored successfully, except for my Minecraft worlds.I tried backing them up from where they were stored in %appdata% but it wasn't successful.Is there any way to restore my Minecraft worlds?Extra note: I also want to recover my saves from DeSmuME, so if anyone has anything on that please help, but right now I'm mainly focused on Minecraft.

    Did you try everything I listed, which also shows you how to find the missing World's folder? I was hoping to get results posted back so I'd know what else to suggest.
