Windows 10: How to restore my option to connect to my wireless TV's?

I can no longer connect my laptop to my wireless TVs. I used to click on Connect to a wireless display. When I click on it now, it does not give me the option to connect. It seems like those options have been removed. How can I fix this issue?

• asus x550 LA befor the update i was using the wireless diplay, smart tv is hitachi

• just start from the tv wireless diplay then from the laptop i open connect from the menu and connect to the tv

• remove the device and add it again, reinstall windows 2 times, reinstall video card divers,
