    Hello i have a laptop name HP 14 ck2018tu.It has windows 10 home single language preloaded then due to my greedy behaviour I install pirated windows 10 pro by cmd by watching a youtube video and now i am suffering from many problems like slow boot up, cannot reset this pc locallyreinstalling windows etc. So I want to know that how to change the pirated windows 10 pro to my original windows home single language.


    Please tell me my sister bought me this laptop and i can't afford to buy a new laptop. I am crying a lot and i am a student please somebody help me I will thankful to you alll. Please i am in trouble. I am crying a lot

    In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

    • What do you mean by data store deleting?
    • What is the exact issue are you facing?
    I suggest you to follow the suggestion provided by Karthik Vengaloor replied on April 4, 2015 from the below link and check.

    Did you run chkdsk /R on the C: drive as it suggests in the dialog?

    The log is in event viewer: Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer - Read in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

    chkdsk /R reads the drive and tries to move data to new areas if the block is bad, then it takes the block out of use.

    You will have to answer Yes to run at boot.

    Restart your machine to let it run.

    It did not say weather it found errors or not ?? That's strange ....it does list any errors it finds ....or it will also report No errors found.
