Windows 10: How to restore my windows 10 home preloaded.Pls Help MEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

I have a hp ck2018tu laptop which has preloaded windows 10 home single language and due to my greedy behaviour I install pirated windows 10 pro and after that my laptop has some problems like slow boot up and no local reseting windows and many more. I am crying and suffering now and cant focus on my final exam I am a student. My sister bought me this laptop for my study work but my greedy behaviour I done this. I'm now crying and feel guilty for this so please help me and please suggest me answers that are working so pls help me I'm crying a lot now. So pls answer my questions.


1. I'm planning to go to any software engineer and told him to factory restore my laptop so will my Preloaded windows 10 home Single language will come or same pirated windows will come?


2. Will it repair my all laptop software problems?



3. And can the software engineer can factory restore my laptop very perfectly?


Pls give the answers same as questions and give that methods which are 100% working. Pls help me I'm struggling and crying a lot for my behavior plssssss.

• What do you mean by data store deleting?
• What is the exact issue are you facing?

Did you run chkdsk /R on the C: drive as it suggests in the dialog?

The log is in event viewer: Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer - Read in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

chkdsk /R reads the drive and tries to move data to new areas if the block is bad, then it takes the block out of use.

You will have to answer Yes to run at boot.

Restart your machine to let it run.

It did not say weather it found errors or not ?? That's strange ....it does list any errors it finds ....or it will also report No errors found.
