To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Hello, I understand that you have accidentally deleted Recycle Bin from your Desktop. You can restore recycle bin from the Windows 10 settings. Follow the steps here:

i think he deleted the recycle bin in vista, i did it too once lol.
It can be restored by going to "personalize" by right clicking on desktop, then on left side, "change desktop icons" and checking recycle bin from it. quite easy for vista *Wink
on xp deleting it, can be a lil tough though...
