  2. Recovering Local Disk

Thank you for your quick response.

It could be a compatibility issue with the latest update and your local disk. We suggest updating your disk driver. Follow these steps:

    • On the Start, type Device Manager.
    • Locate and select Disk drives.
    • Right-click on your disk drive, select Properties.
    • Go to the Driver tab and choose Update Driver.
    • Once done, click OK.

Update us with the outcome so we can provide further assistance.

cant acess admin user( i was admin)

    Hi,

When you create multiple accounts on your computer, those accounts will have their own user folders. When you download or create a file using one of your user accounts, the file will be saved on that user account's folder only. You can only see the files
and folders of other accounts by accessing their own user folders. You can access these folders by following these steps:

    • Access File Explorer.
    • On the left pane, choose This PC.
    • On the right pane, click Local Disk (CHOW TO RESTRICK THE ACESS OF LOCAL DISK TO OTHE USER OF SAME PC :).
    • Select Users.

After following the steps above, you will see all user account folders. You'll be able to access these as long as the account you're using has administrative privileges. Once you've accessed the
Users folder, just open your main account's folder to see the files that are saved on that account.

If you have additional questions, kindly reply to this thread.
