Windows 10: How to retrieve windows activation key for my new studio 2 laptop?

I recently purchased my Microsoft Studio 2 laptop, and when I attempted to dual boot with Linux, I deleted my Windows boot manager. I am now unable to load Windows. May I ask how I may obtain the Windows 11 OEM license key? so that I can reinstall Windows. On the laptop box label, I can see only Microsoft Product Key ID & Serial Number. I bought this product from amazon.

[Visual Studio Enterprise/Professional 2017] Using Activation Key on New Laptop

Hi. I need help with using the product key/activation code to activate the Visual Studio in my new laptop.

1. I downloaded Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 on my old laptop.

2. I received an installer for Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 and Professional 2017.

3. I installed VS Professional on my old laptop and activated it.

4. -- I received a new laptop, so I uninstalled Visual Studio 2017 and Visual Studio Installer from my old laptop. --

5. I downloaded the same file into my new laptop and received the same programs.

6. I installed VS Professional 2017.

7. I tried activating it, but it failed.

How do I transfer the activation code to my new laptop? Are there any other programs I've missed that I need to uninstall? I'm not sure what else is there...

 

Windows 10 Pro Activation Key

I have lost access to Windows activation key following motherboard failure. Due to age of laptop, I have replaced it and now wish to upgrade Windows Home to Pro on the new one.

The activation Key does not appear to be linked to my microsoft account although the old laptop is still in list of devices and confirms professional version of Windows had been in use. The hard drive from old laptop is functional and i wonder if there
is any way of retrieving key from files.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

Retrieval of Windows activation key

When you upgraded from a previous version of Windows or receive a new computer preinstalled with Windows 10, what happened is the hardware (your PC) will get a digital entitlement, where a unique signature of the computer will be stored on Microsoft
Activation Servers. The Windows 7 or Windows 8 genuine license you were previously running will be exchanged for a diagnostics key.

Anytime you need to reinstall Windows 10 on that machine, just proceed to reinstall Windows 10. It will automatically reactivate.
You will prompted to enter a product key a couple times through the installation, click I don't have a key and Do this later.

There is no need to know or get a new key, but if you have issues with Digital Licensing or the Activation Troubleshooter, you can utilize an existing Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 product key
you already ownto reactivate if necessary. or use the reset function in Windows 10.
