Windows 10: How to return old files,folder from previous version of your computer but for free?

So last night,I opened up laptop and I couldnt do anything.There was some blue window and it says your laptop ran into problem.Restart sometimes fix your problems.So i did restarted couple of times and nothing has changed.Same error,I have tried all these options that pc offered me,but no change.So i returned into starter setup like brand new version,but i had to delete everything.I just want to return some important files from previous version of pc.I have windows 11,before this new version i had also window 11.

Delete old version of windows
