Windows 10: How to return the programs that came with the laptop?

Product: OMEN By HP - 17-An012dxOperating System: Microsoft Windows 11Hello, Windows 10 was installed on my laptop from the store after starting the laptop, I found the programs that came with the laptop, such as Microsoft Office 2016 and programs from HP, there were also branded HP wallpapers and a program from AMD. After that I installed windows 11 on my laptop. The programs that came with the laptop after purchase are no longer there. Can I restore them? in short, I had factory windows from HP with factory programs.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
