Windows 10: How to reverse a login

What gives Microsoft the right to reset my PC user account on my home laptop. In signing into ONEDRIVE APP it gave me a prompt that said 'use your username' and there was no way to avoid proceeding, and this option has also reset my LOCAL ACCOUNT to be my MS UserID. This is NOT what I wanted and I cannot see how to reset it or log out of it without it logging mw off the laptop,. Or without DELETING the USER and setting it up again. There are many valid reasons for having a LOCAL account and yet still use Office365 and OneDrive using my MS Account. This should not mean my whole Laptop Acc

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Unable to Hide Built in Adminstrator Account (Version 1909.)

Bree, having followed your advice, a second account named "Andrew Griffin" appeared in the list of accounts on the login screen. This disappeared when I reversed the step.

Brink, I didn't delete my account - it shows up as as "oem" in netplwiz.

Attached a is list of accounts and you'll see that the guest account is degraded - relevant?UserAccountDetails.txt

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
