Windows 10: How to reverse a permanent delete? win 11

Hi everyone, I've followed this guide https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/cant-delete-folder-from-desktop/843f6a37-f504-41ae-b017-ec06c41b7188 to delete a folder that was bothering me, but I've accidentally deleted everything that was in my desktop folder. As I had very important files tha I need to recover, is there any chance that I can reverse that command? I'm currently recovering the data with a data recover program, but the folder I'm looking for is not showing up. Going back to a previous version of the folder doesn't work, as nothing shows up in the tab, neithe

Good suggestion, added to the OP. I may play around with the layout so it's clearer. As for duration, I'm not entirely sure. I know that my Crysis games were removed for at least a year and had no problems restoring them.

Windows 11 will not permanently delete files

I am running windows 11. No matter what I try, any standard method of permanently deleting files doesn't work. My computer is VERY low on memory, so I have to clean out my recycling bin.
