How to 'reverse lookup' default apps?

Hi allAll instructions regarding default apps refer to selecting the file type, and then choosing the app.How do you select an app and see what file types it's set as the default handler for please? Some internet links have started opening in Edge instead of Chrome, even though Chrome is the default handler for every file type that makes sense for web links.I'd like to be able to choose 'Edge' from a list of installed apps & see what it's set as the default handler for.It must be possible, surely?

    :)

    Suggestion - Lookup tooltip

Lookup button has no tooltip now. I suggest one to be added.
Saying something like "Lookup your video card in GPU database and open info link"/etc.

    Please add. Thanks!

Lost default photo viewer after profile rebuild

Thanks Brink. I've tried those steps before i started searching Google. After the profile rebuild i don't have the Photo app listed to choose to make it default in either the system settings for default apps or the Open With option.

I can't even find it doing a search. Seems to have been removed somehow with the profile rebuild, which doesn't make sense.

Might be helpful to list what i've done How to 'reverse lookup' default apps? :) I've done the open with check, the choose default program in the system menu, tried that in device manager default programs also. I've checked the programs and features Turn windows features on/off and it's not listed there (never thought it was but that was a suggestion), searched the MS Store, it's not listed there either.

I don't like playing in the registry unless i have defined steps and haven't found anything for this yet, just the Win7 version like in my OP.

How to 'reverse lookup' default apps?

Is there a way to reverse lookup a microsoft acount, that I got an SMS code for

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

There is no way to reverse lookup a Microsoft Account, was there an Email address mentioned in that SMS message, or if you clicked a link in that SMS message, did it bring you directly to a Microsoft Account?
