Windows 10: how to rip a cd mp3 file to store on PC ne drive

WIN10 Media Player should do this easily, but have trouble copying/ripping a spanish language cd so I can store it on One Drive.

"????" on CD rips when file is MP3 [Windows Media Player]

Whenever I rip a CD and use any file other than MP3 it rips file, but then I move to MP3 and suddenly Windows titles songs that are not English to "????" etc.

Ripped to MP3 to local drive:

Frequent answer:

"Have you tried installing the language pack onto your PC?"

Answer: Yes, of course I have, but regardless, I already stated that it rips fine in other formats, just MP3 is an issue.

I can just rename the files, but it's really annoying to do so.

We suggest that you perform these steps and check if the issue persists:

• Press "Windows" + "E" button on the keyboard.
• Go to "View > Navigation pane" and select "Show libraries".
• Now in the navigation pane, right-click on the "Music" library under "Libraries" and select "Delete".
• Now right-click on the "Libraries" and select "Restore default libraries".
• Now try to rip.

Ripping is extracting all or parts of digital contents from a container.

When you rip music from a CD, you're copying songs from an audio CD to your PC. During the ripping process, the Player compresses each song and stores it on your drive as a Windows Media Audio (WMA), WAV, or MP3 file.

Ripped files are automatically saved to the Music folder, but you can change the location using the options on the Rip settings tab.
