How to rollback to version 1709

Currently on version 1803 and having stuttering issues on a game (Rocket League if it helps). I've went through numerous attempts at troubleshooting what's wrong with the game and the general consensus is that it is this version of Windows.

I have an active license with this version of windows so my questions are: how do I rollback to version 1709 and do I maintain my license? (I don't have a serial key).

    All input welcome, cheers.

    :)

Unable to update Window 10 Pro version 1607 to version 1709

Have made several attempts to update Windows 10 version 1607 to the latest version 1709 and have not been successful.

I've done the following per some suggestions found online:

    • Updated drivers
    • Ran the Trouble Shooter for Windows 10 (Errors found were shown to be "Fixed" per the tool)
    • Unplugged the printer
    • Ran the DISM.exe
Although not at every attempt, I have received the following errors:

    • 0xc1900101 - 0x30018
    • 0x900704c7
Can someone please advise me as to what the errors are and provide me with the steps to update Windows.

    Thank you

  3. VERSION 1709

    Hello,

If you are experiencing multiple issues during the installation of a new feature update, or right after it was installed, you have the option to go back to its previous version using the Go back to an earlier build option . Follow these steps to rollback
to your previous Windows 10 build:

    • Open Settings.
    • Click Update & security.
    • Select Recovery.
    • Click on the Get started button under Go back to an earlier build section.
Note: The process will start and you will be asked some questions for information purposes.
