Windows 10: How to rotate the touch input?

Hello : I reinstalled Windows on a small laptop with touchdisplay. The screen is set to portrait by default. So I set it to landscape mode. That worked, however the touch input is not correct. Before that it did not work properly either. No matter what I set, the touch input is always the opposite. In the windows settings, the display is now set to landscape. In the mobility center, however, portrait format is displayed. How can I adjust this? specs:ACPI\GDIX1002HID\VEN_GDIX&DEV_1002GoodixTouchDriver With kind regards

How to launch tablet Pc touch input from command line

Hello,

From versions of Windows 7 and above it is possible to automatically launch Touchscreen calibration using Tabcal.exe.

I was wondering if there is a similar command to directly launch touch input instead of following inf the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel and search for "Touch".
• Click "Tablet PC Settings"
• Click "Setup..." to the right of "Configure your pen and touch displays"
• Choose "Touch Input..."

Lenovo x201 touch input and pen input conflict

Hi Maliq,

Disabling and re-enabling the touch and pen input driver might resolve this issue for you. Here are the steps:

1. Select the search box in the taskbar, enter device manager, and then select
   Device Manager in the search results.
2. Select the arrow to the left of Human Interface Devices.
3. Right-click HID-compliant touch screen, and then select
   Disable.
4. Right-click HID-compliant touch screen, and then select
   Enable.

Why does my screen not rotate?


The auto rotation lock feature is turned on by default in Windows 10. Use the following steps to turn off this feature.

1. Place the tablet into Pad/Tablet mode.
2. Click the Start
   
   menu and select Settings.
3. Click System.
4. Click Display.
5. Scroll down and toggle Lock rotation of this display to OFF.
