Windows 10: How to run DX9 games on Intel Xe Graphics

So I bought a new laptop witch has intel graphics and found out that they do not support Dx9 Games natively and that it should be emulated by windows . How do I turn on the emulation . When I try to run the game , it says that I need to have directx installed , even though I have directx12 in dxdiag.I tryed installing the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer or the 2010 installer but in the error logs it says that I have the components alredy installed .My laptop is Asus A1605ZA.I did install the latest Intel Graphics drivers and no change .

Intel Iris Xe not running games as it's expected to

I have an Acer Travel Mate P2 laptop with intel i5 11th gen and Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics ‎(PS5.0/VS5.0)‎.
I tried running light games as pes 2017/2016 and in the settings, it's showing me that I have a bad graphics card while when I looked it up I found out that I can normally run this type of game.

What Deep Link Does: Deep Link aggregates multiple processing engines through a common software framework to bring new capabilities and better performance to PCs. This framework helps to unlock creativity in thin-and-light laptops by maximizing CPU performance, boosting artificial intelligence (AI) creation performance and taking industry leading encode to the next level.

How Deep Link Works: Deep Link technology brings together processing engines under a common software framework, allowing software developers to significantly boost content creation workload performance. Applications can scale certain workloads across integrated and discrete graphics. Examples include:

An additive AI capability that enables inferencing and rendering on both GPUs to accelerate content-creation workloads.

A combination of industry-leading encode engines in each GPU through hyper encoding that allows the time to render out videos for reviewing or sharing.

The first Deep Link-enabled applications use Intel® Media SDK, Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit and Intel® VTune™ Profiler to access the full power of the platform. What It Delivers: 11th Gen Intel Core mobile processors paired with Intel Iris Xe MAX graphics deliver Additive AI to provide 7 times faster AI-based creation1 than similar laptops configured with third-party graphics, and Hyper Encode for up to 1.78 times faster encoding2 than a high-end desktop graphics card. Which Intel Graphics Products Support DirectX 9* (DX9)?

Summary Brief description of system compatibility with DX9*. Description Does my system with Intel Graphics support DX9? Resolution 12th generation Intel processor's integrated GPU and Arc discrete GPU no longer support D3D9 natively. Applications and games based on DirectX 9 can still work through Microsoft* D3D9On12 interface. The integrated GPU on 11th generation and older Intel processors supports DX9 natively, but they can be combined with Arc graphics cards. If so, rendering is likely to be handled by the card and not the iGPU (unless the card is disabled). Thus, the system will be using DX9On12 instead of DX9. Since DirectX is property of and is sustained by Microsoft, troubleshooting of DX9 apps and games issues require promoting any findings to Microsoft Support so they can include the proper fixes in their next update of the operating system and the DirectX APIs.
