Windows 10: How to run programm links with autorun and without the UAC

Hello!I found a way to bypass the UAC for specific programms https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/run-programs-elevated-without-getting-the-uac-prompt. It works with simple links. But I want to automatically start PowerToys link location: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\PowerToys and always I run into the UAC when I start my OS. How can I fix this?

You can use an Administrative account and then run your application. Since D-link is no longer a trusted publisher, you need administrator access to run such application. You may reduce UAC prompt by following the steps mentioned by Eeshwar Kumar as suggested
in the link

Autorun file. Cannot down load programme as Autorun file missing or corrupt

I am unable to download a Microsoft programme because of a corrupt or missing Autorun file. What do I do now!

 

How can I remove this virus remnant?

I was also going to suggest Autoruns.

Check to make sure it isn't attaching itself to explorer. It should be the 3rd thing listed in Autoruns, the listing for the Shell. It should just be Explorer.exe. If it is anything else, that might be your problem.
