Windows 10: how to save a video in windows 10

I took a video with my note 8 and to move it to my laptop i unfortunately used googlephotos. It worked but I want to sen the video to a third party. How and where do I copy it to on my laptop so it doesn't show up in google photos.when i click on the video and try to use copy video link or save as, they don't work..I've never made a video before and don't know how to do any of this. i know when people have sent them to me they play on something that is already on my Windows 10.Really need your help Thanks

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Trimmed Video Won't Save Windows 10
