Windows 10: How to save printer preferences?

I am trying to save printer settings. Specifically custom scale, margins, layout, paper size. I'm trying to print labels from a label maker and I've found a specific combination that the labels look best, so I've been putting those settings on coworker's computers, all I did was adjust those settings and print it out, then the next time I go to print, the settings save automatically. One of my coworker's computers does not save these settings, after I print it correctly with the settings I want, I go to print again and the settings are reset back to default... How can I fix this?

How to change the default preference in system printer dialog?

To change the default printer preference in the system printer dialog, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Start button and then click on the Settings icon (it looks like a gear).
   
2. In the Settings window, click on "Devices."
   
3. In the Devices window, click on "Printers & scanners."
   
4. In the Printers & scanners window, you will see a list of all the printers that are currently connected to your computer.
   
5. Click on the printer that you want to set as the default printer.
   
6. Click on the "Manage" button and then click on "Set as default." Download Best File Manager EsFileExplorer
   
7. Close the Settings window and your new default printer preference will be set.
