Windows 10: How to save Samsung 360

Hello!My Samsung 360 has been plugged in for days, so I know it’s fully charged. The screen is only black but the little blue light turns on and flashes at me

Reverting save data back to 360

Hi,

You can take a game save from Xbox One and play it on Xbox 360 given that the game is backwards compatible. Upon playing an online game on the Xbox One console, its game saves will be stored in the Xbox One's hard drive and the cloud. This will allow you
to sync and get its progress in the cloud on your Xbox 360 console.

It is possible to play a game offline on the Xbox 360 console, sync your game saves in the cloud, and then access it on the Xbox One console. Make sure to connect your Xbox 360 console online via Xbox Live and

turn on Cloud Saved Games after playing your games offline.

The game save with the most recent progress made online on a given particular platform will be saved and synced in the cloud for you to resume from where you last left off. Make sure that you are using the same Microsoft account to access a game online on
both Xbox 360 and Windows 10.

Xbox 360 for Windows does not work

Hi,

To address your concern, we suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Xbox 360 controller driver. To do that, follow these steps:

• Go to the Device Manager.
• In Device Manager locate Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows
  and right click it.
• Choose Uninstall.
  
• After the driver has been uninstalled, restart your computer. When your computer restarts, Windows 10 will automatically install the missing driver.
