Windows 10: How to schedule a Microsoft certified educator test

I am trying to take the test to become a Microsoft certified educator and when I try to schedule an exam the only testing center that comes up is for Liberty University. I live in Michigan. How can I schedule a test near me or take it online?

How to reset Task scheduler?

I would like to know on following steps

Step 1) Reinstall a fresh window 7

Step 2) how to make a copy of Tasks from a fresh window 7 install?

Step 3) Restore existing window 7

Step 4) how to replace the Microsoft and WPD folders from Step 2?

Step 5) Test by opening Task Scheduler

Step 6) ....

I can restore window using Norton Ghost any time, so how to perform step 2 & 4 with more description?
