Windows 10: How to see device connection history in Windows 11

I am having the issue where the device connection sound beeps periodically. I want to see which device is connecting/disconnecting to cause this. I have eliminated the sound driver in the monitor as the source as suggested by other answers. I believe the issue to be a bad mouse, but I want to confirm by accessing the history. Does Windows 11 maintain a history of device connections and how do I see it?
