    How to see if my ram is bad ?


    Hello , i have a problem with my pc and i do not know how to resolve it , can anyone help me ? I get BSOD when i shut down my pc.How can i see if my ram or other hardware is bad ?Or what can i do to remove this BSOD ?I get it every time i shut down my pc after a gaming sesion. Thank you.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    Daily BSOD. Trying to Determine if Bad RAM, SSD, Motherboard, or Other

    The odds of both RAM sticks being faulty are tiny, but you have said "both sticks have failed tests", and that might suggest it's some other hardware problem - the motherboard for example. Is the RAM you have on the motherboard's QVL list for example? It certainly appears that those two RAM sticks don't work in that board. Are you on the latest BIOS?
