Windows 10: How to send SMS using the 5G sim cellular in Windows 11?

We are trying to send the SMS using the 5G SIM cellular option in Windows 11 but it redirects to the Teams app. I tried to find a solution on Internet but could not find anything. Can anyone suggest some solution?

Send SMS USSD with a gsm modem


My laptop has an integrated GSM (HSPDA) modem that I can use to connect to the internet with a SIM card. I wonder if I can send SMS / USSD code with it under Windows 10. I know it is technically possible since it works under Linux (with modem-manager-gui). I need to send SMS to recharge my credit or have the remaining credit, etc.

 

I can't send sms massage

I have a Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130 vPro

This device support SIM card mobile. I could send and receive sms massage and to use data with windows 8

But when update to windows 10 I cannot receive sms massage
only I can use data mobile (Cellular)

Please help me how I can send sms?

SMS is actually sent via internet Email

On a phone when you sent a text to [standard 10 digit phone number] it is actually sending via internet email to the proper portal.

To sent a text from your Email to me it would be [my 10 digit phone number]@sms.myboostmobile.com
To a T-Mobile phone it would be [10 digit phone number]@tmomail.net

A bit clumsy but can be done
