Windows 10: How to send someone a file/folder with a custom icon without losing the icon

As we all know, when you change the icon of a folder it only works locally because when you select an icon it only uses it as a full path instead of making the icon a part of the folder/file itselfAnd because of this, It's impossible to send someone a folder with icons since it's highly unlikely they will have a folder at the exact same path as I didMy Idea to fix it was that instead of using a full path to it C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\blender\modelset43\icons\bodytextrue2.icoto somehow use the path starting from the folder It's all inside %currentfolder%\icons\bodytextrue2.ico and from

thanks, well i know how to change a folder icon i just want to know a way i can make it stick permanently so i can more it with out the folder converting back to the default icon.
