Windows 10: How to send special messege to remote computer?

Hello,

I want to send a message to remote computer but I want this message look like shutdown message:




Can i do it? How?

I know how to do it with the standard msg on command line but that doesn't satisfies me

Please help...

Can I start a computer remotely?


It occurs to me that maybe I'm working on the wrong computer. Possibly the remote computer is configured properly and the problem is with the computer sending the wake-up call.

Can someone recommend a step-by-step protocol for pinging or sending a wake up command to the remote computer?

  Allow Remote Assistance connection to this computer is selected.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

Wierd messege sending by itself

This wierd code think keeps sending.

It sends but fails and goes to the outbox. Im kinda scared and homing my phone isnt hacked by someone or something. Anyone have any idea of what it is and how to stop it?
