Windows 10: How to separate two Microsoft 365 accounts synced to single email address without deleting...

I have purchased two laptops with Microsoft 365 access but i unfortunately registered same email address for both accounts. Now there are two devicesi.e. two accounts that are synced in to same email address which is something i don't want and wish to separate. So is there a way to keep my subscription as it is and separate the two accounts with different email addresses ?

Email Syncing of Deleted Emails Very Flaky (Outlook)

On my Nokia 920 (OS version: 8.0.10211.204) that is linked to my single Outlook.com account, emails that I delete seem to get stuck in the inbox. The emails that get stuck no longer exist on the online version of Outlook.



Steps to reproduce:

• Check the checkbox next to the email to be deleted
• Tap the trash can
• The email disappears
• Tap the sync button
• The deleted email reappears

The only way I can get the deleted emails to actually go away is to change the Sync Settings "Download New Content" option to something other than what I have it set on, which seems to force a more thorough sync.

I have a new 2019 MacBook Pro and my husband has his own computer. We got a microsoft 365 account and want to have total separation of email, documents, everythiing. Not my name on his email or anything - no overlaps, period. How do I do that?

A Microsoft account and a Microsoft 365 for Business account are two completely separate accounts and while you can use the same address for both (since they authenticate to two different realms), you never should. It can really affect both Windows and your Microsoft 365 access. Have your Microsoft 365 administrator remove the Microsoft account address from the tenant and use your work email address to access Microsoft 365. Always keep those two addresses separate.
