Windows 10: How to set back Smart App Control from ON to Evaluation when Evaluation is unselectable

Hi, I set Smart App Control to ON, but now I would like to set it back to Evaluation. Unfortunately that option is "grey" now, i.e. I can't select it.Is there any chance to have that option active again via regedit, maybe?I've read that the only option is resetting Windows, but then is it possible to reset Windows without bringing it back to its factory settings i.e. without losing my recent settings? And anyway, would it let me set the Smart App Control to evaluation again?Many thanks in advance.

I was able to turn on the Smart App however the evaluation app I am not able to turn on as is grayed out and will not allow the feature to be turned on.
