Windows 10: How To Set Default Folder View For All New Folders, Regardless Of File Type?

Hello everyone,I will try to make this as easy as possible to understand with images and examples.Essentially, I would like all folder views to always default to my "General Items" folder view.For example, if I create a new folder and add images only to the folder, the view should be the same as my "General Items"But Windows likes to automatically change the folder view based on the contents. I want to override this and always default view to the same view as my "General Items"And yes, I've make this my default view and applied to all folders, see final image in this post but this setting is

It's not what you think, tools > folder options > view.
That's for existing folders only , i need to change the default view setting for when you create a new folder !

I already applied the Win7 Full Row Mod
