    Greetings, In January, two different MS telephone support agents have screwed up my default file locations. In FEB/MAR, I tried to get help, but my health issues have limited and even prevented me from trying to resolve it until now. Note: I am a Marine, 100% Disabled. My hearing is not that great and trying to hear and understand an individual that is not a Native American English speaker, is difficult. The second tech support representative suggested I request a US based tech support representative call and work me through this. That was a complete and total abortion. A story for an
