Windows 10: How to set PIN if I havent Windows

I bought Microsoft Minecraft a few years ago andI tried to install Minecraft launcher on my worked laptop and after entering my Microsoft login and password i.e. from Skype launcher asked for a PIN - but I cannot set PIN before I havent my copy WIndows, only from my job, with domain passwords and disabled function to set PIN and cannot reset or set new PIN - I still havent my copy of Windows.

To set up a PIN on your Windows account, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Type the word pin in the search box and select
  Set up PIN sign-in.
  
• 
  Under the PIN section, click the
  Add button.
  
• 
  Enter the password for your user account, then click the
  OK button.
  
• 
  Follow the instructions on the screen.

Cannot set up PIN after Creators Update

In this case, we recommend to repair and set up a new PIN by doing the following steps:

• Open File Explorer and browser to this location:
  

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC

• Delete everything within that folder. You must be logged in as the Administrator to do this.
• Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options.
• Click Add a PIN again and set your PIN.
• PIN sign in should work moving forward.
